OUR JEWELRY

Each WWAKE item is hand made with precision and care. Our designs preserve subtle details from our jewelers’ hands and enhance the natural beauty of our stones. We make your pieces in small, made-to-order batches using the finest quality materials and conflict-free diamonds, too.


MADE IN NEW YORK CITY

WWAKE jewelry is designed in our Greenpoint studio and made-to-order by artisans in New York City. All pieces are cast from recycled gold and silver whenever possible, and made with the finest opals and certified conflict-free diamonds. WWAKE proudly works with local, family-owned, businesses based in New York. We have strong relationships with these vendors and guarantee you quality.

GENERAL SHIPPING

WWAKE ships worldwide! Please see "IMPORTANT" section below regarding international shipments.

Items in stock will ship within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 5-6 weeks before shipping. Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship via Standard (2-7 business days) for $11 or Second Day (2 business days) for $25, insured with tracking. If you are located in the Non Continental US, your order will be shipped via Second Day for a flat rate of $28. Domestic purchases over $850 qualify for complimentary Second Day Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: A signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

IMPORTANT: All international shipments are sent via International UPS Saver (3-5 business days) for a flat rate of $48. Please note that WWAKE includes detailed documents that are necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of WWAKE's authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These fees are therefore not included in WWAKE's shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. Please be aware that discounts are included for the original purchases only - they cannot be applied to returns or exchanges of any kind. WWAKE does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

* Please note that due to current trade laws, we are unable to ship to Russia at this time.

 

EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT / RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted until 10 days after the item is received.* Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (some exclusions may apply, please reach out to customerservice@wwake.com with any questions or concerns.) Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days.  Items should be packaged securely (ideally in their original packaging) and include the Return Authorization slip provided in your Return Confirmation email. 

WWAKE does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.

SUBMITTING RETURN REQUEST 

Please submit a return or exchange request through our Return Portal to begin the process.

* Sample Sale and items purchased during our Annual Pay-it-Forward Sale and Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or return. Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or returns. As noted on their product pages, certain pieces from the Futures Collection are final sale, and are therefore not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. Custom pieces, Limited Edition pieces, and One of a Kind pieces are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. We do not refund cost of shipping for a return or exchange.* Some exclusions may apply. 

SHIPPING 

Shipping will be complimentary for the first valid exchange, after which the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. In the event of a valid return, shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit amount.

PLEASE NOTE

In order to process an exchange or return the item must go through the Return Portal as WWAKE is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents.

If items are shipped without prior notification through the Return Portal, they will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.


CARE

Our jewelry is special. It is delicate by nature of being small and we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing it daily. An easy tip is taking off your rings when you are doing rough hand work that may damage a stone or the shape of a ring. We also recommend taking your jewelry off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. When putting on sweaters, going through pockets, etc. we also recommend spinning the rings to the inside of your hand to avoid the shapes or prong settings from getting caught on anything. (It helps to make a fist around them when putting on sweaters!)

We do not recommend our open rings as adjustable! If they fit like a glove, they will have a long life, and we recommend this over any shortcuts.

Our opals are all natural and each unique to their cut and color. We're proud of our stones and guarantee the best selection that is available. Please note that while we guarantee this quality, we, however, cannot promise exact replicas of the colors photographed due to the natural variations within the stone. Thank you in advance for understanding!

While we love the brilliance of our opals, it's important to know that this comes hand in hand with the fact that they are a "softer" stone. In general, we recommend being gentle with your opal rings, follow the tips above, and be mindful not to hit them against something hard by mistake. Damaged opals are not uncommon, so keep in mind that our customer service is here for you. WWAKE is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however does offer stone replacements for a reasonable repair fee. We also offer polishing, resizing, and prong tightening of any WWAKE products.
