THREE-YEAR WARRANTY

All pieces from our Engagement, Futures, One-of-a-Kind Collection, and Custom pieces are eligible for our three-year warranty. Pieces from our Main Collection that are over $2,500 are also eligible for our three-year warranty. Please note that this warranty is not equivalent to an insurance policy.

The three-year warranty covers any manufacturing defect:

  • Replacement of accent stones and stones under 3mm
  • Broken prongs, broken bands, and misshapen rings
  • One time resize
  • Complimentary shipping for the first year (for domestic shipping)
  • Annual polishing

The three-year warranty doesn't cover:

  • Loss of a piece
  • Center stone replacement, unless the loss of the stone is determined by us to be due to a manufacturing defect. That said, side stones under 3mm will be replaced free of charge within 3 years of purchase.
  • Rings that have been repaired by a 3rd party
